What we collect
- Account email, profile/display name, and credentials
- Creator uploads (audio, artwork, credits, metadata)
- Listening and device/technical logs needed to operate and secure the service
- Payment details via our processor (we do not store full card numbers)
- Support and copyright correspondence
How we use it
- Provide streaming, uploads, and Premium features
- Moderate reports and process copyright claims
- Prevent fraud and abuse
- Send transactional messages; marketing only with consent where required
AI training
We do not train AI models on songs you upload to Eloracast.
Sharing
Service providers (hosting, CDN, payments, email). Legal requirements when necessary. We do not sell personal information. This draft site has no tracking scripts.
Deletion

Children / age
Eloracast is 18+ only. The service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an under-18 account was created, we will close it and delete associated personal data as described in Delete my data.
