Filing a notice
A valid DMCA notice generally includes:
- Your contact information and physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material on Eloracast (URL or track ID) and a request to remove or disable it
- A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act
Our process
- We pause or remove the flagged material when a valid claim is received.
- We notify the uploader and share next steps (including counter-notice rights where applicable).
